Hello, Neighbor!

Hands-on creating and building has always been a passion of mine, but I’ve found that digging into the “why’s” and “how’s” behind what drives people is so much fun.

I’ve been lucky to have had opportunities to work across a wide range of roles, and I have discovered my sweet spot is in spaces with people-centric focus rather than pure individual contributor roles. I am excited about the psychology and process around product development, how people learn, and teaching, and enjoy digging into the business value of education and professional development within organizations.

I love that my career has enabled me to gain the skills and knowledge to step into roles that are not well defined and forge my own path.
