Toyota Elephant Passage

Toyota Elephant Passage is an incredible accomplishment for the Denver Zoo: it is the first Zoo Exhibit in the U.S. to earn LEED Platinum Certification. The 50 million dollar, 10-acre habitat and conservation education exhibit features Asian elephants, greater one-horned rhinoceros, Malayan tapirs, and many other critically endangered species of Asia. Surprise tactiles, flip panels, touch-screen video displays and special ‘Hey Kids’ panels encourage visitor interaction and engagement.
